The story of the Albergo Cesàri is still unfolding. It began in 1787 when a licence to run the hotel was issued to Stefano Cesàri during the papacy of Pio VI Braschi. The licence, which is a unique document in the history of Hotels in Rome, has pride of place in the hall of the hotel. The Cesàri, which Stendhal was very fond of, accommodated such illustrious personages as Mazzini and Garibaldi, and such historical figures as Momsen and Gregorovius. The preparation for the establishment of the Repubblica Romana in 1849 was carried out here. From January 1 st 1899 till to day, the Hotel has belonged to the Palumbo-Curti family, who passed it down from father to son. Completely refurbished in 2007, the hotel now features 47 sound-proof guestrooms, including 10 superior ones. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mini-bar, in room safe, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone and complimentary coffee and tea making facilities. · by Special Train Leonardo Express
The "Leonardo Express" train leaves every day from FiumicinoAirport station every 30 minutes and it stops at the Termini Railway Station without no mid-journey stops.

Taxis are available in the arrivals areas of the terminals. The fare to the centre of Rome is about 45 Euro. It is highly recommended to take only the white licensed taxis.

At the airport is possible to rent a car with the all the major car hire companies.

· from Ciampino airport, located 25 km from the east side of Rome, you can get to the hotel:
· by COTRAL bus + Train (Railway Station of Ciampino)
Outside the Arrivals Hall there are Acotral Buses for the Ciampino Railway Station. From the Railway Station there are trains for Roma-Termini Railway Station every 15 minutes.

Outside the Arrivals Hall there are Acotral Buses for for "Anagnina" subway station. Once arrived to the Subway Anagnina (Line A), you take direction Battistini and get off at Termini Railway Station.

Taxis are available opposite the to the Arrivals Hall. The fare to the centre of Rome is about 50 Euro. It is highly recommended to take only the white licensed taxis.

· from Termini railway station, located about 1,5 km from the hotel, you can get to the hotel:

Outside Termini Station there is a big ATAC Buses parking. You can take bus n.175 or 492
